Position Title:
Marketing Development Representative
Position Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes
- Utilize knowledge and training to quickly rebuttal customer objections
- Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information
- Attend meetings and training and review all new training material to stay up to date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes
Required:
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must have a background screening
- Excellent organizational and oral communication skills
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period.
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
Position Title:
Sales Development Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with several industries in an effort to position our solutions in multiple verticals
- Qualifying leads and converting them into sales opportunities for executive team
- Meeting quota of qualified sales opportunities for executive team
- Make 50-80 calls per day, with additional touch points by e-mail
- Continuously log activities into CRM
Key Criteria:
- BA/BS Degree Required
- 1-2 years sales, sales support, or business development experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, yet they place a high value on collaborating with a team.
- Familiarity with common office software and CRM applications (Customer Relationship Management software. Some would include: Zoho, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Act, Hubspot)
- Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to a professional audience
- Professional business acumen, strong presence, and confidence
